Regular Workplace Workshops

The benefits of children taking part in music have been widely researched - now more and more businesses are working with musicians to solve problems in the work place and help their staff with their professional development. Workshops can also be used for continual professional development, allowing staff to develop their skills over a series of weeks or months.

The workshops below are examples only - if you have a specific project in mind or would like us to create a unique project for you and your clients, please contact us on 01438 718 034.

Music:
- relieves stress,
- promotes working as part of a team,
- develops presentation skills,
- helps with creative problem solving,
- builds confidence in personal expression,
- develops leadership skills
- develops verbal and non verbal communication skills
- develops listening and analytical skills
- promotes the freedom to express creative ideas
- promotes surroundings where staff accept and share their creative ideas
- gives the opportunity to develop and assess the public face of your business

The Music Workshop Company will tailor the project to your requirements, making the workshop relevant to you and your staff's needs.
