Family and Community Events

The Music Workshop Company offers a range of activities suitable for family or community events. Activities are suitable for all ages and abilities. Participants are encouraged to take part as much or as little as they are comfortable with.

With a team of professional musicians throughout the UK the Music Workshop can provide interactive entertainment for your family or community event, large or small, such as Charity Fun Days; Carnivals and Town Shows.

Our musicians will entertain and engage your audience with our interactive musical entertainment such as:-

African Drummers:  A chance to try instruments from Africa and play rhythms from across the Continent

Latin American Percussion: A chance to take part in a Samba band

Cuban Percussion:  A chance to play the instruments and rhythms of Cuba

World Percussion: A chance to try instruments from around the World

Junk Percussion: A chance to explore the sounds made by different materials such as saucepans and dustbins
