Junk Percussion

Our junk percussion workshops can be tailored to your needs – covering World junk percussion, make your own instruments or household junk.

• World junk percussion introduces students to percussion instruments from around the World before giving them a chance to explore making music with “junk” instruments such as pots and pans, bottle shakers and broom handles
• “Make your own instruments” allows the students to create their own instruments out of “junk” items such as old bottles, dustbins, paper and cans
• Household junk allows students to create music from pots and pans, broom handles and can include the kitchen sink!
