The Music Workshop Company are currently running weekly workshops, developed from the Songlines for Parkinson's project drawing on additional research from Switch 2 Move and Sing to Beat Parkinson's, at Trestle Arts Base in St Albans, Hertfordshire and Hampson Park Community Centre in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. 

 

Each session includes movement and dance, playing musical instruments such as drums and shakers and singing. No musical experience necessary. 

 

The sessions have been designed with the needs of people with Parkinson's in mind, but are open to all. 

 

Sessions are informal, friendly and fun. Sessions cost £8 for each session, carers / partners free.
